Please read the following terms carefully before opening an account or using any service on this platform. The rules set out in this document form a legally binding agreement between you and 77 adc.

Important Notice: By using any service of 77 adc, you are considered to have fully read and accepted all the terms and conditions described below. 77 adc reserves the right to terminate an account if these rules are not followed.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Certain terms used in this document have specific meanings, which are clarified below:

  • "Platform" refers to the 77 adc website, mobile app and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.
  • "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
  • "Balance" refers to the real money held in an account.
  • "Bonus Balance" refers to funds granted as a promotion or bonus, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
  • "Wagering" refers to the requirement to place a specified amount in bets using bonus funds.
  • "KYC" refers to the identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

2. Account Registration

To use services on 77 adc, each user must create their own account. Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration is mandatory.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed.
  • The name, mobile number, email and payment details provided at registration must be accurate.
  • Keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility.
  • Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 77 adc may at any time request verification of your identity documents, bank or mobile banking details. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. 3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use 77 adc's services, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be a person who has the legal capacity to make personal decisions.
  • It is the user's responsibility to verify whether online gaming or betting is lawful in the country or region from which the platform is being accessed.
Age Verification: If the age declared at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. The 21+ age limit is strictly enforced.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

77 adc currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) are generally processed within 1 hour. Before approving a withdrawal request, 77 adc may request additional verification information if needed.

  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — funds earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
  • Your account must have a completed KYC at the time of withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal must be made through the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method may not be approved.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77 adc offers various promotional offers from time to time. All bonus offers have their own terms, which are described in detail on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may be claimed only once — taking the same offer more than once is prohibited.
  • If you withdraw using only the real balance while an active bonus is in place before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds do not mean direct cash — they are a conditional credit.
  • 77 adc reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

77 adc's platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino and other gaming options. Each game or betting section has its own rules.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless 77 adc's management decides otherwise.
  • If a game or bet is not properly recorded due to a technical fault, it will be considered void.
  • Server-side logs are considered final in determining game outcomes.
  • If a bug is identified in the game software, 77 adc reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from it.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket matches and sports events. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the refund or settlement policy applicable to that bet will apply, as detailed in the relevant section.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77 adc platform and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Any form of fraud, deception or match-fixing attempt.
  • Opening or using multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
  • Using software bots, scripts or automated methods in betting or gaming.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Operating an account using a third party's identity.
  • Carrying out harmful activities on the platform's systems or network.
Warning: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result not only in account closure but also in applicable legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 77 adc

77 adc may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of the terms and conditions.
  • If KYC verification is not completed or false information has been provided.
  • If there is a security concern or suspicion of fraud.
  • If protection is required under responsible gaming policy.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please notify our support team via live chat or email. All active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any withdrawable balance will be returned. Self-exclusion or a cooling-off period is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9. Privacy and Security

Protecting your personal information is one of 77 adc's priorities. The platform uses SSL encryption and your financial transactions are conducted through secure channels.

  • Never share your password with anyone.

10. Limitation of Liability

77 adc does not accept liability for the following:

  • Any bet or transaction left incomplete due to an internet connection disruption.
  • Any loss caused by a problem with the user's own device or software.
  • Any disruption caused by issues with a third-party game provider's server or software.
  • Any financial loss arising during an unexpected technical outage that is beyond 77 adc's control.

77 adc always works to ensure the best possible performance of the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 service. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

11. Changes to Terms

77 adc reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or platform notifications.

If you continue to use the platform after a change, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly. If you do not agree with any change, stop using the platform and request account closure.
